Erika has many years of experience working in Vermont politics and in state government. She most recently worked at the Office of the Vermont State Treasurer as Director of Retirement Operations, where she was responsible for the administration of the State’s three public pension plans and assisting the pension boards. Prior to that role, she worked as Chief of Staff to the Vermont Senate President Pro-Tempore and served as the Deputy Commissioner of the Vermont Department of Labor.

Armed with this experience and her countless connections in state government, Erika works tirelessly on behalf of the firm’s clients.   She is a trusted resource for policymakers, who value her insight, candor, and strategic advice.

Erika grew up in Hinesburg, Vermont and currently resides in Wolcott with her partner Matt. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her two dogs, running, and horseback riding.
