Ethan Latour brings leadership experience from the Vermont’s Executive Branch, most recently serving as the Deputy Commissioner of Finance and Management.  Prior to that, Ethan served in communications roles for Governor Phil Scott and also served as the liaison between the Governor’s office and the Agency of Education and the Agency of Human Services.

Ethan combines his communications expertise with his in-depth understanding of fiscal, health care and education policy to benefit clients.

Ethan is a graduate of St. Lawrence University. He lives in South Burlington with his wife, Tori, and their dog, Hamilton.
