Michaela M. LaCoss is the newest member of the MMR Team. She manages the firm’s everyday administrative functions and operations. Michaela is also responsible for lobbyist registrations and disclosures on behalf of MMR clients.

Prior to joining MMR, Michaela worked in various case management roles supporting Vermont Army National Guard Service Members, Family Members, Veterans, and Gold Star Family Members. She served as a truck driver in the Vermont Army National Guard for 12 years including a deployment to Afghanistan in 2010.

Michaela is active in her community in several roles. She is the Chairperson for the Vermont National Guard Vermont Fallen Heroes Memorial Committee and is a Board Member of the Vermont National Guard Charitable Foundation. Michaela also serves as Quartermaster and Adjutant for the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7779 in Hyde Park, Vermont.

Michaela lives in Morrisville with her husband and two boys. In her free time, she enjoys painting, cooking, and spending time with her family.
